Synaptik provides an AI-native enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that includes modules for sales, finance, logistics, warehousing, and other operational functions. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to transmit harmful code, interfere with the service's operation, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The Synaptik platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pintor Project and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synaptik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
